The Paris Dress was specially designed by future fashion icon Birdie Ray Miller (pictured here!), daughter to our co-founder Cammy. She dreamed up the perfect NYE dress that wasn’t scratchy, had bows, and was SPARKLY! So we brought her dream to life!
